EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business with clients in the life insurance sector. The role focuses on modernizing platforms across policy administration and related value chains, while mentoring colleagues and driving delivery excellence.

You will gain exposure to a broad insurance lifecycle, including product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims, working with onshore and offshore teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across Life, annuity, and Group benefits.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms: FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS.
• Working knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product configuration, new business/underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Program, project, or workstream management in on-shore/off-shore models with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on familiarity with platform configuration, APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Agile: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and architecture standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation with business, tech, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory and operational goals.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and delivery insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and operational readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to delivery excellence.
