Job summary

ReSource Pro, based in the United States, is hiring a Principal Solutions Consultant (Customer Success & Delivery Consultant) to own and drive complex insurance technology initiatives with autonomy. You will define solution strategies, lead cross-functional delivery, and partner with senior client leadership to shape outcomes for Propellint clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in information technology, business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI-PBA or similar insurance/analysis credential preferred.
• 7+ years in business analysis, consulting, insurance operations, or technology implementation with hands-on insurance ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis strategy across large-scale transformation programs and facilitate executive workshops.
• Establish requirements governance, traceability, prioritization, and change management.
• Serve as SME across insurance domains (policy, claims, billing, underwriting) and mentor analysts.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Oversee solution configuration, integration, testing, UAT, and production readiness.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and drive continuous improvement with metrics.
• Act as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and shape long-term transformation roadmaps.
• Translate technical initiatives into clear business value and build long-term client relationships.
• Push back on maintainability concerns and lead value-realization efforts.
• Guide solution design and workflow configuration as senior SME in P&C platforms.
