Job summary

ReSource Pro, a remote, US-based leader in insurance operations, seeks a Senior Principal, Product Engineering to own delivery across 2–4 product areas, blending leadership with hands‑on execution. You’ll drive AI-native discovery, design, coding, testing, and operations, partnering with software, architecture, data, and DevOps to increase velocity, quality, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience with products, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience working with C-Suite; Brand or product development management experience
• Previous experience leading a team and/or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience using AI Coding for Production Application (Vibe Coding) >1 year
• Hands-on troubleshooting across lifecycle from discovery to delivery

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into epics, stories, and criteria for autonomous engineering execution.
• Partner with architects to ensure systems meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead backlog prioritization to maintain velocity and technical quality.
• Act as hands-on embedded technical product leader across discovery, design, delivery, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to execution with prototypes, debugging, and CI/CD improvements.
• Use data instrumentation and observability to assess product health and ROI.
• Influence prioritization and technical investment decisions for long-term velocity.
• Shape AI-native product and engineering practices across product areas.
