Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Customer Success & Delivery Consultant for Propellint to own and drive complex insurance technology initiatives with high autonomy. You will define solution strategies, lead cross-functional delivery, and partner with senior client leadership to shape outcomes and ensure scalable, business-aligned implementations for Propellint clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI-PBA or similar insurance/analysis credential preferred.
• 7+ years in business analysis, consulting, insurance ops, or tech implementation.
• Proven experience leading complex system implementations in insurance.
• Engages senior stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
• Translate insurance operations into automated workflows and maintainables.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis strategy across large-scale transformation programs.
• Establish governance, traceability, prioritization, and change management.
• Serve as SME across insurance domains and mentor team members.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee configuration, integration, testing, and production readiness.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as strategic advisor to executive client stakeholders and shape roadmaps.
• Translate technical initiatives into clear business value and relationships.
• Push back on maintainability concerns and drive value realization.
• Guide solution design and workflow configuration in P&C platforms.
