Responsibilities

• Review loan documents, third party docs and investor guidelines to identify applicable insurance requirements.
• Analyze insurance certificates, binders, full policies, and endorsements for accuracy.
• Evaluate insurance deficiencies and draft waivers for investor approval.
• Maintain deep knowledge of core coverages (GL, Umbrella, Property) and their necessity.
• Coordinate with borrowers, agents, third-party providers and GSEs on insurance matters.
• Manage force-placed insurance processes and assist audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
