Kin Insurance seeks a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate product decisions into precise, implementation-ready requirements. You will collaborate with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate deployment of changes across policy administration and related systems.
You’ll own the requirements lifecycle, lead UAT, and mentor teams on clear decision-making, ensuring alignment from business intent to live systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a business analyst or systems analyst.
- 3+ years in P&C insurance domain.
- Experience translating insurance concepts into requirements for Engineering.
- Experience in Agile delivery and UAT.
- Ability to synthesize inputs into clear decisions.
Responsabilités
- Own requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, and changes.
- Translate business decisions into clear requirements and functional specs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and maintain alignment.
- Document current and future-state processes and data mappings.
- Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and product reviews to confirm correct implementation.
