Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group invites applications for an Insurance Product Analyst IV in Product Intelligence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries; cross-functional experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, statistical and mathematical skills with ability to structure analyses.
• Ability to multitask, adapt and manage time effectively.
• Strong formal presentation skills and clear written communication.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools; Snowflake/Python/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences through data.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to generate actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Monitor performance and strategic insights of digital products in personal lines auto and property lines.
• Assess market risks and opportunities using data-driven insights for executive decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and Power BI to analyze large datasets.
• Support business-case development by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impact.
• Apply AI tools to increase analytical efficiency and scalable decision support.
• Prepare clear presentations and reports for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytics through automation.
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management and Operations.
• Occasional travel (<10%) to meet with teams.
