Job summary

Martin is a leading insurance advisory and consulting firm that is hiring a Insurance Product Development Senior Analyst. You will drive strategy, design, and launch of new and enhanced insurance products across the full lifecycle from ideation to market launch.

You will collaborate with carriers and MGAs to develop forms, moderated by regulatory constraints, and coordinate with Actuarial and State Filings to achieve timely launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development and insurance compliance.
• Extensive experience in insurance product development within the insurance industry required.
• In depth knowledge and experience with development of proprietary as well as bureau (i.e. ISO and AAIS) based programs and exceptions.
• Ability to review and interpret bureau circulars.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision architecture and identify market opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with actuarial, filings, and sales teams.
• Provide SME guidance to project teams.
