Martin is actively seeking an Assistant Analyst to gain a broad view of the business by working across State Filings, Product Development, Regulation, Actuarial, and Analytics teams. You will support delivery and client-facing teams while you learn how an insurance consulting firm serves clients from start to finish.

No prior insurance experience is required; just curiosity, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Growth opportunities and a supportive environment await.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; internships welcome.
• Interest in insurance, finance, regulation, analytics, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle requests from multiple teams.

Mansioni

• Cross-Functional Project Support: provide administrative and project support to delivery and client-facing teams across the firm.
• Project Coordination: track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines; schedule meetings; take notes and follow up on actions.
• Documentation: maintain organized project files, trackers, and shared resources.
• Deliverable Preparation: format and prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and client deliverables.
• Data & Research: collect, enter, organize, and check data for internal projects and client work; conduct basic research.
• Quality Checks: review documents and data for errors and completeness.
• Learning & Development: participate in structured learning across departments; take on new assignments with feedback.
• Exploration: work with managers to identify strengths and shape development paths.
