Martin, a leading tech-enabled insurance advisory firm, seeks an Assistant Analyst to gain a holistic view of the business. You will work across State Filings, Product Development, Regulatory Compliance, Actuarial, Data Analytics, and client-facing teams, providing hands-on project and administrative support.

No prior insurance experience is required; curiosity, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential as you build skills across departments and potentially grow into a longer-term role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; internships or coursework welcome.
• Interest in insurance, finance, regulation, analytics, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Project Support across delivery and client-facing teams.
• Provide administrative and project support; track timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and client deliverables.
• Data Organization: collect, enter, and check data for internal projects and client work.
• Research Support: conduct basic research using public and proprietary resources.
• Quality Checks: review documents for errors and formatting before moving forward.
• Learning & Development: participate in structured learning experiences across departments.
• Explore strengths and interests to shape development path.
