Job summary

Argo and Farm Family, part of Clearbrook Holdings, are seeking a liaison for centralized operations to improve underwriting workflow and customer service. You will partner with Product Lines and Actuary, focusing on efficient processing and system improvements.

The role emphasizes testing, training, and collaboration across teams to meet market demands while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework and insurance designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a business liaison for multiple system platforms.
• Perform production and maintenance testing.
• Identify workflow impacts from system updates.
• Communicate updates and coordinate staff training if needed.
• Identify defects and gaps, propose fixes and improvements.
• Prioritize system releases across functions.
• Develop onboarding standards and coordinate cross-functional requirements.
• Approve service requests outside of support staff authority.
• Direct task flow and ensure efficient work processes.
• Liaise with Division Managers on special projects.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior staff and QA personnel.
• Manage Product Line and vendor relationships.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis and assist underwriters.
• Proactively manage IT and offshoring relationships.
• Suggest and audit workflows to increase efficiency.
