Job summary

Argo and Farm Family are part of Clearbrook Holdings Inc. This role sits in the Centralized Operations team to create efficiencies across functions, improve customer service, and standardize underwriting workflows.

It partners with Product Lines, Actuary, and other teams to meet market demands. We seek a detail-oriented leader with at least 5 years in insurance, strong communication, and the ability to drive changes across platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree and insurance designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to balance multiple inquiries and demands with a positive coaching approach.
• Must function effectively in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
• Demonstrates leadership and positive influence in challenging situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Analytical with ability to maintain positive internal/external relationships.
• Team-oriented and collaborative in cross-functional settings.
• Travel may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a business liaison for various system platforms.
• Production and maintenance testing.
• Identify workflow impacts from system updates.
• Communicate system updates and coordinate training as needed.
• Identify system defects and provide resolution-based fixes.
• Prioritize system releases across functions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to write and implement requirements.
• Approve service requests outside staff authority.
• Direct tasking flow to ensure efficient work processes.
• Liaise with Division Managers on special issues and projects.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior staff including QA.
• Manage Product Line and vendor relationships.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis and review forms used in policy construction.
• Assist underwriters and support staff to enhance division performance via systems/guidelines.
• Manage IT and BPO relationships and overseas partners.
• Suggest, document, implement, and audit workflows to increase efficiency across Argo.
• Other duties as assigned.
