Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, within the Insurance Solutions Implementation team, seeks a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead API and system-to-system integrations for insurance carriers. You will guide clients through requirements, configuration, and delivery, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, IS or related field.
• 5–8+ years in implementation or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong insurance operations knowledge (underwriting, rating).
• Experience leading complex customer implementations.
• Proficient with XML, JSON, SOAP, Web Services, SFTP.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both tech and business audiences.
• Strong presentation and training skills, including executive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance carrier implementations of API and system-to-system integrations.
• Serve as primary customer contact, offering guidance and best practices.
• Manage projects: gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders, mitigate risk.
• Run discovery sessions, pre-implementation workshops, training, and exec demos.
• Coordinate internal resources and remove roadblocks to progress.
• Monitor progress and report status, risks, and recommendations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and teams.
• Travel as needed to support engagements.
