Job summary

Lockton is seeking an Account Manager to service a designated book of business covering marketing, claims and administration in a Minneapolis office. You will respond to client inquiries, maintain communications records, and support implementation of new lines of coverage with clients and carriers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years in client services, plus strong communication skills and travel readiness to meet clients and carriers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• Typically three to seven years of client services experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Designate service of the book of business related to marketing, claims, and administration.
• Respond to client inquiries and document communications, issues, and resolutions.
• Support implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up accounts and coordinating with clients and carriers.
