True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney for its Insurance Defense Practice. The role focuses on personal injury defense with strong trial capabilities, offering immediate access to meaningful work in a fully remote, national platform.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, 5+ years of insurance defense experience, and active Bar admissions in NY, CA, AZ, NJ, or TX. Portable business of $350k preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in AZ, CA, NJ, NY or TX in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and personal injury claims.
• Experience defending personal injury and wrongful death matters through trial and resolution.
• Well-versed in premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability claims.
• Knowledge of medical records, treatment analysis, causation issues, and damages evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate with medical experts and consultants.
• Understanding of insurer billing guidelines and e-billing systems.
• Strong analytical, advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Portable business of $350,000 or greater preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for efficient outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and advise clients and insurers.
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, coordinate experts.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate with insurers, clients, experts, and co-counsel for effective case management.
• Maintain high standards of client service while managing multiple matters and deadlines.
