This fully remote role offers access to complex cases including bodily injury, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability claims. The candidate will require strong trial capabilities, strategic case management, and the ability to collaborate with clients,

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in one of the following states: AZ, CA, NJ, NY or TX.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation.
• Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death matters through trial and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for efficient outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, provide strategic recommendations.
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, coordinate expert engagements.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel for effective case management.
• Maintain high standards of client service while managing multiple matters.
