National Law Firm is seeking an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney to join its Insurance Defense Practice in a fully remote capacity. The role targets Bodily Injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and general liability matters with strategic case management and strong trial capabilities.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death through trial and resolution.
• Experience with premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of medical records, treatment analysis, causation issues, and damages evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate with medical experts and other consultants.
• Understanding of insurer billing guidelines, including budgets, reporting requirements, e-billing systems, and compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Preference for Am Law 100/200 firm, ranked firm, orSophisticated boutique
• Portable business of $350,000 or greater preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution across bodily injury, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability claims.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies designed to achieve efficient and favorable client outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and insurers.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, oversee discovery, and manage all aspects of case development.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate expert engagements.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate closely with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain high standards of client service while managing multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
