Job summary

Your Talent Team seeks an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney for its Insurance Defense Practice. This fully remote role requires handling complex bodily injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and general liability matters with strong trial capabilities and client-focused service.

Ideal candidates hold 5+ years in insurance defense, with Bar admissions in NY, CA, AZ, NJ, or TX. Portable business is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and personal injury claims.
• Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death matters through trial and resolution.
• Deep familiarity with premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of medical records, treatment analysis, causation issues, and damages evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate with medical experts and consultants to develop defense strategies.
• Understanding of insurer billing guidelines, budgets, reporting, and e-billing processes.
• Exceptional analytical, advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Portable business of $350,000+ preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and advise clients and insurers.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate expert engagements.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlements, and trials.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and cocounsel for effective case management.
• Maintain high standards of client service while handling multiple matters and deadlines.
