Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Insurance Contract & QA Analyst to own the development and maintenance of personal lines contracts, forms and endorsements across multiple states, and to validate outputs against filings.

Reporting to the Director of Underwriting, Contract & QA, you will lead filings, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive QA automation in collaboration with our analytics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education with a focus on Insruance or related field.
• Experience drafting and revising policy language in an insurance context.
• Ability to interpret policy language and map to filings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain personal lines contracts, forms and endorsements across multiple states and lines of business.
• Carry filings and regulatory responses; serve as resident expert on contract terms.
• Lead testing of outputs to ensure alignment with filed requirements and rating changes.
• Build and maintain test plans, cases and defect tracking; support automation in QA.
