Job summary

ORIX USA seeks an Insurance Compliance Senior Associate to oversee complex insurance compliance across a commercial loan servicing portfolio. You will guide the team, ensure borrower policies meet investor and regulatory standards, and actively mitigate risk through reviews, remediation, and escalation of issues.

You will coach junior staff, enhance processes, and support departmental initiatives in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Proven ability to independently assess risk and drive remediation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and servicing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex insurance compliance activities across a loan portfolio.
• Lead remediation of non-compliant insurance items and coordinate with borrowers.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
