Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6-10 years of experience in commercial insurance, loan servicing, or a related field.
• Advanced subject matter expertise in insurance coverages (Property, General Liability, Auto, Crime, Flood, Wind/Named Storm, Earthquake).
• Deep understanding of commercial loan servicing insurance requirements and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD).
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance management experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance market conditions and portfolio risk implications.
• Experience leading audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation efforts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with servicing systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead team execution and monitor performance against SLAs and metrics.
• Establish KPIs, quality controls, and reporting for audit readiness.
• Oversee portfolio risk management and escalation.
• Lead lender and investor audits, including remediation activities.
• Develop policies, procedures, and operating models to support scalability.
