EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager for the ESPI Programs Division. You will support Producers, manage day-to-day client service, and coordinate renewals and new business with carrier partners.

This role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and attention to detail while delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is offered with in-office days at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience with client and carrier facing.
• Experience across all lines of coverage and in mid-market to large accounts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Producers in delivering service to assigned clients.
• Coordinate renewals and new business; ensure accurate policy administration.
• Collaborate with Producers and support staff; not primary presenter of proposals.
• Serve as a key resource for clients and manage daily service needs.
• Assist in marketing strategies, carrier selection, and submissions.
• Coordinate the delivery of proposals to clients and prospects.
