Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager in a hybrid Chicago-based role. You will support Producers, manage day-to-day client service, and coordinate renewals for middle-market to large, complex accounts, with a focus on auto dealerships and golf courses.

The position requires strong communication and relationship-building, proficiency in Sagitta, ImageRight, and PowerBroker AI, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client management, insurance program support, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, underwriting, and carrier relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Sagitta, ImageRight, Broker Buddha, and PowerBroker AI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and support multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and managing daily service needs.
• Support Producers in building and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks with Assistant Account Managers and Client Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Collaborate with Producers to define marketing strategies, target pricing, and carrier selection.
• Collect and analyze client data (loss runs, exposures, contractual requirements) to prepare comprehensive submissions.
• Assist in negotiating coverage terms, premiums, and commissions with carriers.
• Utilize PowerBroker AI to generate quote comparisons and assist in proposal development.
• Coordinate the delivery of proposals to clients and prospects, but do not act as the primary presenter.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in the Sagitta Agency Management System.
• Request binding of coverage and coordinate with support staff to initiate renewal activities.
• Ensure all documentation is saved in ImageRight and workflows are followed for both new and renewal business.
• Prepare Broker of Record letters in accordance with established procedures.
