EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants’ ESPI Programs Division seeks a Client Executive to manage relationships for middle market to large accounts, focusing on auto dealership and golf course clients. You will work with Producers and carriers to drive renewals, new business, and compliant service.

The role requires strong client service, collaboration, and a proactive, results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule with multiple CA offices.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: at least 7+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience.
• Experience serving both client and carrier-facing roles across all lines of coverage.
• Strong collaboration, accountability and excellence-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: act as the primary expert resource for assigned clients and manage day-to-day service needs.
• Marketing & New Business Development: collaborate to define strategies, collect data, and negotiate with carriers.
• Policy Management & Compliance: maintain client data, coordinate renewals and ensure proper documentation.
• Renewal Process Management: oversee timelines from 150 to 30 days out with strategic marketing steps.
