Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an experienced professional for client management based in Houston. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office. You will serve as the primary resource for clients, deliver comprehensive service, and develop relationships with partners in the insurance industry.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D., five years of experience in brokerage or agency, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in mid-size brokerage or independent agency.
• Valid State Property and Casualty License and State Driver’s License.
• Strong aptitude for interpreting coverage forms and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert resource for clients on risk management and compliance.
• Analyze client data and negotiate premiums and commission rates.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners, including underwriters.
