Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants' ESPI Programs Division seeks a Senior Client Manager to support Producers in handling middle market to large, complex accounts in the auto dealership and golf course industries. You will coordinate renewals, manage client service, and assist in marketing submissions using Sagitta, ImageRight, and PowerBroker AI.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) from CA offices in Rancho Cordova or Newport Beach, with opportunities across IL and NV

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building.
• Client and carrier-facing experience.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Relationship Support: Serve as a key resource for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and managing daily service needs.
• Marketing & New Business Development Support: Collaborate with Producers to define marketing strategies, target pricing, and carrier selection; prepare submissions.
• Policy Management & Compliance: Maintain client data in Sagitta; coordinate with staff to initiate renewal activities; ensure documents are saved in ImageRight.
• Renewal Process Management: Oversee renewal activities across timelines from 150 to 30 days out and finalize quotes.
