Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in mid-size brokerage or independent agency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid State Property and Casualty License and State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert resource for clients on insurance issues.
• Analyze client data and negotiate premiums and commission rates.
• Provide marketing and new business development support.
