Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex commercial accounts across locations. You will lead strategy, client meetings, and renewal negotiations, coordinating with producers to expand service lines and drive profitability.

Ideal candidates bring deep P&C/L&H product knowledge, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with AMS360. Licenses in applicable lines are required for this senior role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health products, markets, and strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems.
• Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of complex, multi-location commercial accounts.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations.
• Collaborate with producers to present unified service and growth strategies.
• Manage the renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing and policy negotiations.
