Job summary

Trucordia in Asheboro, NC is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex commercial accounts. You will lead client meetings, renewal strategy, and carrier negotiations, ensuring profitability and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in insurance account management, P&C and Life & Health expertise, active licenses, AMS360 knowledge, and professional certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU preferred).

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in insurance account management, focusing on complex commercial accounts.
Active licenses in P&C and/or Life & Health; professional certifications are preferred.
Ability to build executive-level client relationships and manage profitability.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead point of contact for a portfolio of complex commercial accounts.
Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies for clients.
Lead renewal strategy meetings, marketing, proposals, and negotiations.
Collaborate with producers to present unified service and growth plans.
Ensure accurate updates in AMS360 and related systems.
