You will oversee client engagements, renewal planning, and risk management, collaborating with producers and practice leaders to deliver integrated solutions.

Applicants should have 7+ years in insurance account management, active licenses in P&C and/or L&H, and strong negotiation and presentation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management for complex commercial accounts.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health products.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems.
• Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H).
• Advanced certifications such as CIC or CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of complex commercial accounts.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations.
• Collaborate with producers to present unified service and growth strategies.
• Manage the renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing and policy negotiations.
