Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead relationships for complex commercial accounts across locations. You will develop tailored risk management plans, lead renewal strategy sessions, and collaborate with producers to align service and growth initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in insurance, strong strategic thinking and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance account management experience.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health products.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in AMS360 or equivalent agency management system.
• Active licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H); CIC/CRM/CPCU certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of complex, often multi-location or multi-line commercial accounts.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies aligned with each client’s industry, risk tolerance, and business objectives.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations, providing expert-level advisement and advocacy.
• Collaborate closely with producers and practice leaders to present unified service and growth strategies.
• Actively manage the renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing, proposal development, and policy negotiations.
• Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities and gaps in coverage; coordinate with internal teams and producers to offer complementary insurance lines.
