Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a designated client book. You will lead renewals, advise on coverage structures, onboard new accounts, and coordinate with carriers to secure optimal pricing.

The role requires 3–5 years in insurance account management, strong client relationship skills, and AMS360 proficiency. You will work with a collaborative team to stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and independence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated book of clients.
• Lead renewal and remarketing process, coordinating with carriers for optimal coverage and pricing.
• Provide consultative guidance on coverage gaps and policy structures; onboard new accounts.
• Troubleshoot complex client issues with underwriters and internal teams; manage endorsements and inquiries.
• Maintain client records and servicing activities in AMS360.
• Mentor or support junior account team members as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
