This full-time, on-site role focuses on multi-channel outreach, discovery conversations, and full-cycle deal ownership. You will execute 25-30 outbound touches daily across email, phone, text, LinkedIn and video, schedule 4-6 discovery calls weekly, shadow the close and onboarding on self-originated deals, and

Qualifications

• At least two years inside sales or call center experience.
• Experience with SPIN selling or Challenger method.
• Background in financial services, insurance, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify prospective partners beyond provided leads.
• Use consultative selling to uncover challenges and guide to value-based solutions.
• Execute 25-30 outbound touches daily across multiple channels.
• Schedule 4-6 discovery calls per week with decision-makers.
• Shadow and support proposal, close, and onboarding on self-originated deals.
• Report pipeline status and maintain CRM records.
• Assist marketing in partner activation and maintain data privacy.
