Job summary
Kin Insurance seeks a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to turn product decisions into systems that work as intended. You will own the requirements lifecycle across products, state launches, endorsements, and compliance, partnering with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, Engineering, and Tech Product to ensure accurate delivery.
The role requires deep P&C knowledge, experience translating insurance concepts into structured requirements, and leading UAT
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a business/systems analyst or similar role in P&C insurance.
- Experience translating insurance concepts into structured requirements for Engineering and Tech Product.
- Knowledge of policy administration systems and how rating, forms, and eligibility are configured.
Responsibilities
- Own the requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, and coverage changes.
- Translate business decisions into clear requirements and functional specs for Engineering and Tech Product.
- Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and beta-validation to ensure correct implementation.
