Kin Insurance seeks a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate insurance product decisions into precise requirements for engineering and delivery teams. The role spans product development, operations, and technical delivery across multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate deployment of changes and compliant implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business analysis with 3+ years in P&C, and demonstrate strong collaboration, documentation, and UAT leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business/ systems analyst or similar, with 3+ years in P&C insurance.
• Ability to translate insurance product concepts into structured requirements for Engineering.
• Understanding of policy administration systems and rating/forms configurations.
• Experience producing user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in an Agile or iterative delivery environment with UAT and implementation validation.

Responsabilités

• Own requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, changes, forms, and rating updates.
• Translate business decisions into clear business requirements and functional specs for Engineering and Tech Product.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to gather inputs, resolve ambiguity, and maintain alignment through deployment.
• Develop user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria to guide developers and ensure traceability.
• Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and product reviews to validate changes before broader release.
