Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate P&C product decisions into implementation-ready requirements. You will own the requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, and compliance changes, partnering with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Engineering.

You’ll drive UAT planning, acceptance criteria, and handoffs to Engineering, ensuring launch readiness and repeatable delivery as Kin expands to new states and products.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst, incl. 3+ years in P&C insurance.
• Experience translating insurance concepts into structured requirements for Engineering/Tech Product.
• Knowledge of insurance lifecycle and policy administration systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own requirements lifecycle for insurance products and state configurations.
• Translate product decisions into clear business requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment from decision to deployment.
• Document current and future state processes and manage changes throughout delivery.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and regulatory requirements before development starts.
• Build user stories, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and test-ready specs.
• Be primary point of contact for clarification during development and UAT planning.
