Zusammenfassung

Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate product decisions into systems that work as intended. You’ll own the requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, forms, endorsements, and rating changes, coordinating across Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, Engineering, and Tech Product.

Qualifikationen

5+ years as a business/systems analyst with 3+ years in P&C insurance.
Experience turning insurance concepts into clear requirements for engineering.
Ability to produce user stories, flows, decision tables, and data mappings.
Experience in Agile environments, with UAT and implementation validation.
Synthesis of stakeholder inputs into confirmed decisions.

Aufgaben

Own requirements lifecycle for product and state changes from discovery to handoff.
Translate product decisions into clear business requirements and specs.
Collaborate with multiple teams to gather inputs and maintain alignment.
Document current and future state workflows and changes.
Identify gaps, edge cases, and downstream impacts before development.
