Job summary

You will help define target-state architectures, modernize platforms, and align technology with business goals across policy administration, underwriting, claims, and servicing.

You will work with onshore/offshore delivery, develop artifacts, and influence executives. The role offers growth, exposure to cloud platforms, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience delivering architecture deliverables for large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud-native solutions, APIs, and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver architecture solutions for Life & Group Insurance transformation initiatives.
• Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solution designs are effectively implemented and standards are maintained.
