EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams and deliver consulting services across Life Insurance, Group Benefits, and retirement solutions. You will help shape architecture and modernization initiatives, collaborating with clients and EY teams to enable scalable, enterprise-grade technology solutions.

The role offers exposure to target-state architectures, cloud-enabled platforms, and data-driven transformation across the insurance value chain, including product development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in consulting, architecture, or technology.
• Experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits (>3 yrs).
• Experience delivering architecture deliverables for large transformations.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformations.
• Create architecture artifacts, designs, and specifications for policy admin, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Translate requirements into scalable technology solutions with business and tech teams.
• Develop target-state roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide technology recommendations and trade-offs.
• Support integration architecture including APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
• Assist data architecture, migrations, reporting, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Participate in governance, design reviews, and security/compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering to implement designs and maintain standards.
• Stay current on industry trends, AI innovations, and share best practices.
