Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams and lead architecture-focused transformation for Life & Group Insurance clients. You will design, align, and implement target-state architectures across policy administration, underwriting, and claims while partnering with business and technical teams.

You will help shape modernization roadmaps, leverage cloud platforms, and ensure governance and security standards across programs in a global EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformation initiatives.
• Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
