Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join EY engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business with major life insurance and group benefits clients. In this role, you will help define, design, and implement target-state architectures to support business transformation initiatives across the insurance value chain.

You will gain expertise in modern platform ecosystems, cloud technologies, integration strategies, and enterprise modernization while engaging across product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience delivering architecture deliverables for large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, cloud-native solutions, and integration patterns.
• Experience with PAS platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, OIPA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformations.
• Create architecture artifacts, designs, and specifications for policy administration and servicing.
• Translate requirements into scalable technology solutions with business and technical teams.
• Contribute to target-state roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide technology recommendations and trade-offs.
• Support data architecture, data migration, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Participate in architecture governance, reviews, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architectural standards are followed.
• Stay current on industry trends, cloud capabilities, and AI innovations.
