Insurance Office of America is hiring a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team remotely with occasional onsite in Longwood, FL. You will assist with policy management, renewals, submissions, and client communications to ensure service excellence.

The role handles moderate complexity accounts, coordinating with producers and account managers to drive accurate policy documents while complying with company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Licensing active; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support and Account staff.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, invoices.
• Support new and renewal business; prepare submissions and proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Deliver exceptional service and respond quickly to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement and champion IOA values.
