The role handles endorsements, submissions, client research, loss runs, and maintains data accuracy across agency systems while delivering proactive service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Required active licensing; professional designation preferred (CISR).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support/receptionist and account teams.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business by researching clients, gathering underwriting info, and preparing submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
