Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support, under an Account Manager, and help manage client accounts with accuracy and integrity.

You will track expirations, process renewals, endorsements, invoices, and bind coverage while maintaining data in agency systems and communicating status to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, invoices, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business processes, including submissions and proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
