Job summary

Insurance Office of America in the United States seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team and producers. You will handle renewals, endorsements, and policy details while maintaining high service standards.

Reporting to an Account Manager or Producer, you will support submissions, loss runs, and pricing discussions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across a remote-capable environment with occasional on-site

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance or broker setting.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff and associates.
• Track policy expirations, renewals, endorsements, and invoicing.
• Prepare submissions, analyze loss runs, and assist with proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Support new and renewal business and ensure service excellence.
