Insurance Office of America in the United States seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, producers, and clients remotely with coverage in the Eastern and Central time zones.

You will manage renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and inquiries, prepare submissions and proposals, review contracts for proper coverages, maintain data accuracy in agency systems, and monitor activity to ensure timely responses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and invoicing.
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, proposals, bind coverage.
• Review contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and improve performance.
• Remain updated on company policies and procedures.
• Champion IOA values with integrity and leadership.
