Responsibilities

• Manages client services and maintains relationships with minimal input from Producers.
• Leads a service team to manage a large book of business.
• Develops new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serves as primary client contact from lead to renewal.
• Leads the assigned book-of-business and supports team selling processes.
• Prepares client renewal analyses and presents findings.
