Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a seasoned account management professional to oversee a mid-market book of business. The role includes servicing and growing client relationships, directing a service team, and coordinating renewal proposals with Producers.

The candidate will develop new business leads, present renewal analyses, and negotiate with carriers to secure favorable terms. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and ongoing CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as agent of Producer assigned accounts, servicing and solicitation.
• Manage mid-market book of business through service team direction.
• Develop new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as primary client contact from lead to renewal.
• Lead client-facing proposals and RFP responses.
• Present renewal analyses and sell renewal business.
