Qualifications

• One or more year of insurance industry experience; PEO experience preferred.
• Valid insurance license
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements

Responsibilities

• Identifies new leads and gathers information for submissions.
• Develops, presents and sells new business proposals to prospects.
• Gathers information; develops, delivers and sells renewal proposals.
• Performs periodic service calls on accounts and provides customer service.
• Sells additional coverage to existing customers.
• Facilitates joint sales calls and sharing of lead information.
• Attends and participates in regular sales meetings.
• Maintains relationships with company representatives.
• Achieves annual sales goals and reports progress to the Managing Director.
• Pursues educational and professional development goals.
• Maintains professional demeanor and promotes a positive image for the agency.
• Other duties as assigned.
