Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks an experienced account leader to act as the primary liaison for producer-assigned accounts, servicing and soliciting opportunities. You will manage a mid-market book and direct a service team to serve clients effectively.

You will develop new business leads from Producers, present renewal analyses, and negotiate with carriers while recommending coverage enhancements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 8+ years related experience
• Insurance license required

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead contact for assigned book of business.
• Manage service team and mid-market book of business.
• Develop new business leads from Producers.
• Present renewal analyses to clients.
• Negotiate with carriers for coverage and pricing.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and fees.
• Assist with client inquiries and contract reviews.
